2022 Women in leadership accelerator (WILA) PROGRAM - COHORT #2: May 20, 2022 - september 16, 2022

iEmpower, an all-inclusive organization designed as a deliberate movement to inspire, elevate, and promote every woman, is offering WILA, Women In Leadership Accelerator program. WILA is for women seeking to accelerate their leadership potential in life & any industry.

program overview:

WILA is about engaging women on a variety of transformational leadership concepts that will empower them as they find their success both at work and home.

program highlights:

Based on iEmpower's three pillars, WILA focuses on four core areas which include: Brand Management, Agile Communication, Connection, and Leadership Dynamics

learning modules:

The accelerator includes five 6- hour learning modules designed to deliver critical knowledge for high-performing leaders.

SESSION 1 - May 20, 2022: Your personal brand management plan for leadership, based on personal mission and vision.

SESSION 2 - June 17, 2022: Tools, framework and best practices to help you navigate workplace challenges and to further your ability to lead, negotiate, and influence.

SESSION 3 - July 15, 2022: Advancing your goals, network and strategic plan with impact.

SESSION 4 - August 19, 2022: Understanding and leveraging your unique strengths and defining your leadership style.

SESSION 5 - September 16, 2022: The opportunity to join a global network of like-minded professionals striving to drive gender balance in leadership positions and the community.

About this event

iEmpower is excited to present our Annual Leadership Summit. This year we will celebrate I.AM.EMPOWERED. We will have a fantastic lineup of speakers discussing all things wellness to take us into 2022.

Please join us to hear a variety of insightful wellness topics from Claudia Zapata, Lisa Benton and Bella Cruz.

This year's Leadership Summit will be our first in-person event since before the pandemic and we are thrilled to finally get to see all of our iEmpower community face-to-face.

Please note, the event will also be broadcasted via zoom. Zoom information will be provided after registration is complete.

iEmpower Helps Kick Off Hispanic Heritage Month

iEmpower Founders, Mari Weymouth and Yorka Velasco-Caballero were honored to participate in a live event hosted by Priscilla Subramaniyam on her GPS Strategic Solutions, LLC Channel last Wednesday, September 23rd, to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. Mari and Yorka were a part of wonderful discussions to help kick off Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15 - October 15).

This terrific live event was recognized by National Day Calendar and received praise as a wonderful way to observe this month long celebration.
